This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) covers use of the private AIA QuickBooks Online integration (“the App”) by authorized AIA personnel.
Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for internal AIA business purposes in connection with QuickBooks Online companies you are authorized to administer.
You may not redistribute the App, use it for unauthorized companies, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in violation of Intuit’s terms or applicable law.
The App uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online APIs. QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s agreements. AIA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except as an API consumer.
The App is provided “as is” for internal use without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIA and App operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
This license ends when you disconnect the App or when access is revoked. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
