Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the private AIA QuickBooks Online integration (“the App”) handles information when authorized staff connect a QuickBooks Online company.

Information we access

With your authorization, the App may access QuickBooks Online company data needed for internal reporting and operations (for example company profile, customers, invoices, bills, payments, and financial reports). Access is limited to the company you select during Intuit OAuth.

How we use information

Data is used only to operate internal AIA tools and assistants that you control. We do not sell personal or company data. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored in a secured environment used by your assistants. Refresh tokens may rotate automatically. Access is restricted to authorized operators.

Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except as required to run the App infrastructure (for example hosting) or as required by law.

Retention

Tokens and cached results are retained only as long as needed to provide the integration or until you disconnect the App and revoke access in QuickBooks or Intuit Developer settings.

Your choices

You may disconnect the App at any time from QuickBooks Online connected apps or by contacting the App operator. Disconnecting stops further API access; it does not automatically delete historical exports already saved elsewhere by your team.
